Membership Terms

Learn about the general conditions for membership, participation, and operation of the Amigos Nota 10 platform.

Version: 1.0 · Last updated: October 10, 2026

CLAUSE 1 — PURPOSE

1.1. These Membership Terms establish the general conditions for participation in the Amigos Nota 10 platform, including access to the courses offered, the participation rules for the respective arrangements, and the conditions applicable to the queues and cycles associated with each course.

1.2. The platform brings together educational activities and its own participation mechanisms, subject to the specific rules of each arrangement and the provisions of these Terms.

1.3. Membership requires the reading and express acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the specific conditions presented to the member before contracting or participating.

1.4. No provision of these Terms shall be interpreted as a guarantee of financial returns, an investment, assured remuneration, or a promise of receiving amounts within a specified period.

CLAUSE 2 — MEMBERSHIP AND PARTICIPATION

2.1. Participation in the platform shall depend on valid registration, acceptance of the applicable documents, and compliance with the requirements established for each arrangement.

2.2. Members shall provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information and shall be responsible for the proper use of their access credentials.

2.3. Enrollment in one course does not imply automatic enrollment in any other courses offered by the platform.

2.4. Members may participate in different courses simultaneously, subject to the specific conditions of each course.

2.5. The financial conditions, duration, educational content, and participation rules shall be clearly disclosed before each enrollment.

CLAUSE 3 — INDEPENDENCE OF COURSES AND QUEUES

3.1. Each course offered by the platform constitutes an independent arrangement associated with its respective participation structure, queue, and cycles, where applicable.

3.2. Completion, continuation, or a request to terminate active participation in a particular course shall not automatically affect other courses in which the member participates.

3.3. Position eligibility, participant selection, and progression through cycles shall comply with the specific operational rules of the corresponding arrangement.

3.4. Completion of a course does not, in itself, guarantee receipt of any amounts or completion of the positions associated with the respective queue.

3.5. Any changes to participation conditions shall be clearly communicated, respecting members’ legally guaranteed rights and the conditions applicable to participations already established.

CLAUSE 4 — CONTRACTING COURSES

4.1. Each course shall be offered with its own information regarding content, access conditions, applicable amounts, and participation rules.

4.2. Contracting a course does not constitute a financial investment or guarantee receipts arising from participation in the platform.

4.3. Participation in queues and cycles, where provided for a particular course, shall follow objective criteria defined and made available to the member.

4.4. Members shall have access to the specific conditions of a course before confirming the agreement for that course.

CLAUSE 5 — COURSE COMPLETION

5.1. Completion of a course shall be recognized upon fulfillment of the educational requirements previously established for the respective arrangement.

5.2. Completion of a course does not automatically terminate the member’s active participation or, in itself, exempt the member from any applicable weekly contributions.

5.3. After completion, members may choose to continue participating as usual or request termination of their active participation in that course, in accordance with these Terms.

5.4. Completion and any subsequent request for termination shall affect only the corresponding course.

CLAUSE 6 — WEEKLY CONTRIBUTIONS

6.1. The conditions, purposes, and amounts of any weekly contributions provided for under each arrangement shall be disclosed to the member in advance.

6.2. While remaining an active participant, the member shall be subject to the eligibility conditions and contributions applicable to the respective course.

6.3. After course completion, the obligation to continue making contributions shall not be automatically waived; such waiver shall depend on an express request to terminate active participation and on the termination becoming effective.

6.4. Any contribution described as a voluntary donation shall depend on a genuinely free decision by the member, without a disguised obligation or any condition incompatible with its legal nature.

6.5. Describing a particular contribution as a donation does not remove the requirement to comply with applicable law, nor does that description, in itself, determine its legal nature.

CLAUSE 7 — VOLUNTARY TERMINATION OF ACTIVE PARTICIPATION

7.1. A member who completes a particular course may expressly request termination of their active participation in that arrangement.

7.2. The request shall be processed automatically upon verification of the applicable objective requirements, without depending on discretionary approval by an administrator.

7.3. The platform shall provide a record of the request, its date and time, a reference number, and confirmation of the processing outcome.

7.4. Once termination becomes effective, the member shall not be required to make further weekly contributions to maintain the eligibility of positions already established in the corresponding course, subject to legitimate security and operational compliance conditions.

7.5. Termination does not automatically create new positions or confer a right to new activations in that arrangement.

CLAUSE 8 — PRESERVATION OF EXISTING POSITIONS

8.1. Positions validly established before termination of active participation shall remain associated with the member and the respective course.

8.2. These positions may remain eligible for selection and progression through the corresponding cycles until their completion, without requiring further weekly contributions after termination becomes effective.

8.3. Preservation of positions does not constitute a guarantee of receiving any amounts, completion of cycles, or a timeframe for any potential outcome.

8.4. Integrity checks, fraud prevention measures, compliance with legal obligations, and other legitimate operational restrictions shall remain applicable, provided that they are objective and justifiable.

8.5. Members shall be able to consult the status of their preserved positions through the means made available by the platform.

CLAUSE 9 — INDEPENDENCE BETWEEN COURSES AND REJOINING

9.1. Termination of active participation in one course shall not automatically change the member’s status in other courses.

9.2. Contributions and eligibility requirements for other courses shall remain subject to their respective conditions.

9.3. Voluntary termination shall not result in a permanent prohibition on rejoining the platform.

9.4. Any new enrollment in the same course or another arrangement shall depend on the rules, conditions, and availability in effect at the time of the new enrollment.

9.5. Rejoining shall not guarantee restoration of positions already completed or automatic allocation of new positions.

CLAUSE 10 — MEMBERS’ RIGHTS

10.1. Members shall be entitled to clear and accessible information about the courses they have contracted, participation conditions, applicable amounts, and the rules governing queues and cycles.

10.2. Members may consult information about their participation and the positions associated with their respective courses, according to the features made available by the platform.

10.3. Members shall have the right to request clarification, submit complaints, and exercise the rights provided under applicable law.

10.4. After completing a course, members may request termination of their active participation in that arrangement, subject to the conditions established in these Terms.

10.5. Consumer rights and all other legally guaranteed rights shall be respected, regardless of whether they are expressly provided for in this document.

CLAUSE 11 — MEMBERS’ OBLIGATIONS

11.1. Members shall use the platform lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with these Terms.

11.2. Members shall keep their registration information up to date and protect their access credentials.

11.3. The use of false information, third-party identities, fraudulent mechanisms, or procedures intended to manipulate queues, positions, and cycles is prohibited.

11.4. Members shall comply with the specific conditions of the courses in which they remain active participants.

11.5. The identification of irregularities may result in proportionate security measures, subject to legally applicable rights and the opportunity to challenge such measures.

CLAUSE 12 — TRANSPARENCY OF QUEUES AND CYCLES

12.1. Queues and cycles associated with courses shall follow objective operational criteria previously disclosed to members.

12.2. The platform shall provide sufficient information for members to understand the status of their positions and the applicable eligibility conditions.

12.3. Records of selection, movement, and progression shall allow integrity checks and traceability, subject to privacy and security requirements.

12.4. Holding a position in a queue or cycle does not constitute a guarantee of receiving any amounts or establish a specified timeframe for progression or completion.

12.5. Any operational corrections shall be justifiable and recorded, preserving rights that have been legitimately established.

CLAUSE 13 — SECURITY AND OPERATIONAL RESTRICTIONS

13.1. The platform may adopt proportionate mechanisms for fraud prevention, account protection, identity verification, and compliance with legal obligations.

13.2. Where objective indications of irregularities exist, temporary restrictions strictly necessary for investigation and the protection of participants may be imposed.

13.3. Whenever legally permitted and technically feasible, members shall be informed of the existence of a restriction, its general grounds, and the available means of challenging it.

13.4. Restrictions shall not be used arbitrarily to prevent the progression of positions duly preserved after termination of active participation.

13.5. Once the absence of a legitimate impediment has been confirmed, the situation shall be regularized in accordance with the applicable procedures.

CLAUSE 14 — CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND COMPLAINTS

14.1. The platform provides WhatsApp at +55 61 98110-3929, accessible at https://wa.me/5561981103929, as its official general support channel for members’ inquiries, requests, and complaints, without prejudice to other channels that may be officially announced.

14.2. Communications shall receive appropriate handling, taking into account the nature of the request, applicable law, and the information necessary for its assessment.

14.3. Requests to terminate active participation shall be recorded and assigned a reference number, allowing members to track their processing.

14.4. Members may challenge inconsistencies concerning courses, contributions, positions, eligibility, and recorded movements.

14.5. Internal customer support does not restrict access to consumer protection agencies, competent authorities, or the courts.

CLAUSE 15 — PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITIES

15.1. The platform shall provide clear information about the services offered and operate its features in accordance with the disclosed conditions and applicable law.

15.2. The platform shall maintain appropriate records of memberships, requests, positions, and relevant operations, subject to personal data protection rules.

15.3. The platform shall adopt reasonable measures for security, integrity, and operational continuity, without prejudice to responsibilities established by law.

15.4. Any failures or inconsistencies shall be addressed through verifiable procedures, with proportionate corrections and notification of affected members where appropriate.

15.5. No provision of these Terms may exclude or limit rights and responsibilities that cannot be waived or restricted under applicable law.

CLAUSE 16 — PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

16.1. The processing of personal data shall comply with the Brazilian General Personal Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais — Law No. 13,709/2018) and other applicable regulations.

16.2. Personal data may be processed for registration, performance of contracted services, security, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, and other purposes supported by appropriate legal bases.

16.3. The categories of data, purposes, sharing arrangements, retention periods, and channels for exercising rights shall be detailed in the Privacy Policy.

16.4. Members may exercise the rights provided under personal data protection legislation, subject to the applicable legal provisions.

17.3. Processing failures, duplicate payments, or discrepancies may be reported through the official support channels.

17.4. The legal nature of each payment or contribution shall be determined by the actual conditions of the transaction and applicable law, rather than solely by the designation used by the platform.

17.5. Taxes, fiscal documents, and any reporting obligations shall be handled in accordance with the legislation applicable to each transaction.

CLAUSE 18 — CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

18.1. Members may request cancellation of contracts under the conditions established by applicable law and the information previously provided.

18.2. For contracts subject to the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 49 shall be respected where applicable.

18.3. Refund, reversal, or reimbursement conditions shall take into account the nature of the contract, legally guaranteed rights, and the circumstances of the transaction.

18.4. Cancellation of a contract and termination of active participation following completion of a course are separate procedures with distinct effects.

18.5. No provision of these Terms shall exclude rights to cancellation, reimbursement, or compensation guaranteed by law.

CLAUSE 19 — AMENDMENTS AND VERSION CONTROL

19.1. These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, operational, or technological changes or changes to the conditions of the services offered.

CLAUSE 20 — SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CONTINUITY

20.1. The platform shall adopt reasonable measures to keep its services available, secure, and functional.

20.3. Whenever possible, significant scheduled interruptions shall be communicated in advance.

20.4. Operational failures affecting records, positions, or members’ rights shall be investigated and corrected through verifiable procedures.

20.5. Temporary unavailability does not, in itself, authorize the arbitrary removal of duly established positions.

CLAUSE 21 — FRAUD AND IRREGULARITY PREVENTION

21.1. Fraudulent conduct, manipulation of queues, falsification of information, misuse of accounts, and other unlawful practices are prohibited.

21.2. The platform may carry out proportionate security and integrity checks, while respecting members’ rights.

21.3. Restrictive measures must be based on objective grounds, be properly documented, and allow for challenges where applicable.

21.4. Confirmed irregularities may result in the relevant contractual and legal measures, without prejudice to the requirement of proportionality.

21.5. The adoption of preventive measures shall not remove obligations concerning transparency, data protection, and respect for legally guaranteed rights.

CLAUSE 22 — GENERAL PROVISIONS

22.2. The possible invalidity of any provision shall not automatically affect the remaining provisions, provided that their lawful application can be preserved.

22.5. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and mandatory legal provisions, the applicable legal provisions shall prevail.
